Article 3 of R.R. No 3/2003 regulates the authorisations granted to the ‘semen material delivery’ as a special room for the control, storage and redistribution of frozen semen and/or embryos provided by the relevant production centres for which the name and the associated identification code is provided, with which it is also linked for the purposes of liability for the use of semen and embryos.
