Anglet (since 2022) – Distribution of food purchases according to quality

This dataset comes from the annual reporting on collective catering in public elementary and kindergarten schools in the city of Anglet. Data available since 2022. **The EGAlim law and the Climate and Resilience law.** The EGAlim Act and the Climate and Resilience Act regulate the quality of products purchased in the composition of meals served in collective catering of the public sector and private sector establishments (Article L. 230-5-1 of the Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code). Meals must include, from 2022, at least 50 % quality and sustainable products (Label Rouge, PDO, PGI, HVE, etc.) of which at least 20 % come from organic farming or in conversion for canteens in mainland France. These rates (in %) are calculated from the HT value in euros of the sum of annual food purchases – on all meals, drinks and snacks included.
