SMTdb is a spatial meta-transcriptome database integrating 203 spatial tissue slices from 20 human cancer types, comprising 334,253 spots, 1,908,646 reference cells and 1,218 microbiota. It provides spatial microbial abundance and distribution, host gene expression, cell-type composition, microbiota–host associations and microbiota–immune-cell co-occurrence within the tumor microenvironment.
