Lnc2Cancer

Lnc2Cancer is a manually curated database that provides comprehensive experimentally supported associations between lncRNA or circRNA and human cancer. The current version of Lnc2Cancer documents 10,303 entries of associations between 2,659 human lncRNAs, 743 circRNAs and 216 human cancer subtypes through review of more than 1,5000 published papers. Lnc2Cancer also provides experimentally supported regulatory mechanism, biological function and clinical application of lncRNAs and circRNAs in human cancer.Lnc2Cancer是一款人工注释数据库，旨在提供经实验验证的长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA，lncRNA）、环状RNA（circular RNA，circRNA）与人类癌症之间的全面关联信息。当前版本的Lnc2Cancer通过梳理超过15000篇已发表文献，共收录了2659个人类长链非编码RNA、743种环状RNA与216种人类癌症亚型之间的10303条关联记录。此外，该数据库还提供了人类癌症中长链非编码RNA与环状RNA的经实验验证的调控机制、生物学功能及临床应用相关内容。
