Data on accessibility of buildings for persons with disabilities and other low-mobile population groups of communal non-profit enterprise "City Psychoneurological Dispensary Ü3" of Kharkiv City Council

The set includes two resources: the list of buildings and structures in which inspections or monitoring of compliance with accessibility requirements (resource Buildings) have been carried out; the list of requirements of state building codes and the state of their observance in buildings and structures (resource norms). On the basis of the order of the Kharkiv Mayor of 21.10.2021 "On Approval of the Regulations on Data Sets of the Kharkiv City Council" the publication of the open data sets of the information manager on the Kharkiv Open Data Portal, which are automatically placed on the Unified State Open Data Portal of Kharkiv City Council, is organized on the Unified State Open Data Portal in the office of the manager "Kharkiv City Council"本数据集包含两类资源：其一为已完成无障碍合规性检查或监测工作的建（构）筑物名录（资源：Buildings）；其二为国家建筑规范要求清单及对应建（构）筑物的合规执行情况清单（资源：norms）。依据哈尔科夫市市长2021年10月21日发布的《关于批准哈尔科夫市议会数据集管理规程》的政令，信息管理方在哈尔科夫开放数据门户发布的开放数据集将自动同步至哈尔科夫市议会统一国家开放数据门户，该数据集的发布工作由哈尔科夫市议会管理办公室在统一国家开放数据门户内组织开展。
