Experimental Data and ASIC Model Artifacts for "Hybrid VO₂–Boolean Temporal Encoding with a Multiplier-Free Readout for Keyword Spotting"

This dataset contains experimental measurements and hardware-evaluation artifacts supporting the manuscript entitled "Hybrid VO₂–Boolean Temporal Encoding with a Multiplier-Free Readout for Keyword Spotting." The archived materials include: VO₂ device characterization measurements. Static and dynamic bias experiments on capacitively coupled VO₂ oscillators. FPGA-extracted Boolean temporal features for six-class keyword spotting, covering 1,023 source audio samples. Hardware repeatability measurements. Frozen Shift2 classifier parameters, ROM data, functional verification summaries, and SKY130/ASAP7 post-route evaluation results. The original third-party speech recordings, complete training code, FPGA RTL, and full ASIC implementation files are not redistributed. The included README files document the directory structure, data formats, experimental conventions, and limitations.
