This list is drawn up by voluntary public officials to be referents of one or more software. The SILL is published by the [free software mission](https://code.gouv.fr) of the [DINUM](s) on the website [supplied]. The MIM Groups bring together the SILL referents in working groups that coordinate via the [www.mim-libre.fr](s) website. The SILL is made available to all without State guarantee. It can be used freely and free of charge, on a public, professional or private basis.
