客户注册商标及注册成功率与评级的数据

该数据通过捕捉客户商标申请总数、商标注册结果及注册成功率对客户商标量，注册率，客户进行评级；评级高的客户为优质客户，并为其提供精准化的商标服务。其算法规则包括：
一、数据采集：采集客户名称，商标申请总数，商标注册结果。
二、数据处理：对采集到的数据进行整合，便于分析使用。
三、 算法加工：设定参数：商标申请总数为X，商标已注册/商标申请总数=商标注册成功率。根据商标注册成功率情况，设定A、B两种分值，A为商标注册成功率80%及以上，B为商标注册成功率低于80%。根据商标注册总量情况，设定“+”、“-”两种分值，“+”为商标注册总量5及以上，“-”为商标注册总量5及以下。综上判断出客户评级“A+”,“A-”,“B+”,“B-”，客户类型中占比最多的是“A-”，“B-”级别客户，该类型客户对商标申请的重视程度不高，拥有的商标总量不多，可多为其优先推荐商标申请的主要类别；“B+”，客户类型中占少数，该类型需为其提供更专业的商标检索。“A+”级别客户，客户类型中占极少数，该类型需为其商标提供有价值的指导。
四、数据应用：根据判断客户评级，结合客户的主营业务，从而得出优先推荐商标申请的主要类别，为客户商标申请和商标通过率提供有价值的指导。

This dataset evaluates customers based on their total number of trademark applications, trademark registration outcomes and registration success rate, and rates their trademark volume, registration success rate and overall customer standing. Customers with higher ratings are categorized as premium clients and will be provided with tailored trademark services. Its algorithm rules are as follows:
1. Data Collection: Collect customer names, total number of trademark applications, and trademark registration results.
2. Data Processing: Integrate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis.
3. Algorithm Processing: Set parameters: let X represent the total number of trademark applications, and registration success rate = number of registered trademarks / total trademark applications. Set two score tiers based on registration success rate: Tier A for success rate ≥ 80%, Tier B for success rate < 80%. Additionally, set two score modifiers based on total registered trademarks: "+" modifier for total registered trademarks ≥5, "-" modifier for total registered trademarks ≤5. Four customer rating levels are thus determined: "A+", "A-", "B+", and "B-". The most prevalent customer types are "A-" and "B-", who attach low importance to trademark applications and possess small trademark volumes. Such clients should be prioritized for recommendations on key trademark application categories. "B+" clients are a minority segment, who require more professional trademark search services. "A+" clients are extremely rare and need valuable guidance for their trademark portfolios.
4. Data Application: Based on the confirmed customer rating and the client's main business scope, derive the priority key trademark application categories to recommend, and provide valuable guidance to support the client's trademark applications and improve their registration success rate.
