Deliberations of Anah since 2021

In accordance with the task of improving the quality of the private stock of existing housing entrusted to it by law, Anaah, on the basis of the Construction and Housing Code and in accordance with its General Regulation, determines by deliberations adopted by its Board of Directors the various aid schemes for landlords and landlords as well as the unions of co-owners in the field: energy renovation, accessibility of housing, heavy works, or resorption of unsanitary habitat (RHI) and treatment of unsanitary, remediable or dangerous habitat, and real estate restructuring operations (THIRORI). These deliberations are, where appropriate, specified by direction of the Director-General of the Agency.
