KYTC - Coal Haul Highway System

System of routes used by trucks transporting coal and the amount of coal being transported, as reported by coal haulers for the previous calendar year. Number of tons are reported separately for each direction of travel. The primary purpose is to report the amount of coal ton-miles hauled in each county and if the county site of extraction was impacted. The CH asset stays with pavement, not route designation.
