对企业知识产权能力(包括专利、商标、标准以及著作权)进行评估,量化评价企业的科技创新能力及发展潜力。评估体系基于知识产权数据、商情数据、风险数据等大数据资源,搭建互联互通的语义网络,构建一套面向金融投资机构、高等院校、政府部门等行业或领域的企业知识产权评价指标体系,解决知识产权资产评估存在的权属认定、技术替代风险、产权侵犯风险、价值稳定程度、变现潜力大小等诸多法律和技术问题。 自主建立了集科创成果力、专利质量力、持续增长力、创新转化力、风险防范力五个方面为一体的“五力”企业科创能力评价模型。并在传统统计型指标的基础上,引入基于技术特征挖掘的指标,采用业内先进的评估手段构建数学模型,利用完全自动化的数据分析方法,来评估企业知识产权的相对价值。
This dataset conducts assessments on enterprise intellectual property (IP) capabilities including patents, trademarks, standards, and copyrights, aiming to quantitatively evaluate enterprises' technological innovation capabilities and development potential. The assessment system leverages big data resources such as IP data, business intelligence data, and risk data to construct an interconnected semantic network, and establishes a targeted enterprise IP evaluation indicator system for stakeholders including financial investment institutions, universities, and government agencies, addressing a range of legal and technical challenges in IP asset appraisal, such as ownership confirmation, technological substitution risks, IP infringement risks, value stability, and monetization potential. This dataset independently developed a "Five Capabilities" enterprise technological innovation capability evaluation model that integrates five core dimensions: scientific and technological achievement strength, patent quality strength, sustained growth capability, innovation commercialization capacity, and risk prevention capability. Based on traditional statistical indicators, this dataset introduces indicators derived from technical feature mining, constructs mathematical models using industry-leading assessment methodologies, and adopts fully automated data analysis approaches to evaluate the relative value of enterprise IP.
