PR24 Water Industry National Environment Programme - Action type

The measures in the Water Industry National Environment Plan (WINEP) represent the investments required by water companies to meet their environmental obligations. This layer is an extract of the database showing measures symbolised by type (e.g. Investigation, Monitoring, Improvement, No Deterioration Investigation or No Deterioration). This layer is an extract from the Water Industry National Environment Programme (WINEP). The layer includes all actions in the WINEP that could be geo-located. Where eastings and northings were not provided, but the waterbody or groundwater body ID was, the action has been geo-located at the centre of the relevant waterbody. Actions that were geo-located to the waterbody centroid are shown as a grey dot without symbology to avoid misrepresenting location but to still allow people to click and see the action details. We have also used the waterbody centroid to plot the locations of actions whose original coordinates plotted in the sea.
