Linking Public Regulatory Data to Monitor Oncology Medicine Reimbursement in Bulgaria: Dataset and Reproducible Analysis
收藏资源简介:
Medicine-level data and reproducible R analysis for the manuscript “Linking Public Regulatory Data to Monitor Oncology Medicine Reimbursement in Bulgaria: A Time-to-Event Analysis” by Iva Zdravkova-Aneva, Kostadin Kostadinov, Rositsa Dimova and Ralitsa Raycheva. The source dataset contains 294 centrally authorised oncology products linked to Bulgarian NCPR assessment reports and dated Positive Drug List snapshots. Restricting authorisations to 31 December 2024 leaves 289 date-eligible products; the primary cohort contains 184 products authorised from 16 October 2015 through 31 December 2024. Reimbursement follow-up ends on 2 July 2026, including eligible national procedures and decisions after December 2024. Five 2025-authorised products are retained in the source CSV and explicitly excluded from the revised analysis. The primary analysis includes 93 reimbursement events and a Kaplan–Meier median of 1406 days. The deposit includes source data, derived cohorts, the excluded-product list, a codebook, a self-contained script requiring R and survival, model objects, numerical results, sensitivity analyses, session information, checksums and 600-dpi figures with enlarged fonts. No patient-level data are included. To reproduce the analysis, extract the archive and run Rscript --vanilla code/reanalyse_2024.R from its root folder. Verified with R 4.6.1 and survival 3.8-6. This standalone deposit is version 1.0.0.
