PlantPan是一个多物种植物泛基因组数据库，包含11个物种195个亚种的全基因组分析结果。该数据库提供物种、基因与基因簇、基因组变异及其对应组、基因组共线性及其对应组五个层次的信息。数据库由中国科学院北京基因组研究所/国家基因组科学数据中心维护。PlantPan is a multi-species plant pan-genome database that hosts whole-genome analysis results for 195 subspecies across 11 species. It provides information at five hierarchical levels: species, genes and gene clusters, genomic variations and their corresponding groups, genomic collinearity and their corresponding groups. This database is maintained by the Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences / National Genomics Data Center.
