对于象山县渔业中存在的多种捕鱼方式（拉网、刺网以及蟹笼），其中刺网和蟹笼存在的AIS信号有多种可能，针对数字渔港的设备管控存在一定的风险，随意针对这类不明确的网位移异常，将会通过智能算法尽可能的标识对应的设备，同时若是存在长期存在显现的信号，将会由专门的处理人员进行处理，以此保证象山县海域动态清零异常。1.通过对船上AIS等水上移动通讯设备的统一化监控管理，识别和接收AIS设备异常信息数据 2.通过后台实时监测大数据对目标身份、作业特征、网位移规律、长时间发出的信号次数进行分析，建立目标画像，智能识别可疑设备信息 3.信号次数大于10次，网位移有异常的数据做预警标签标记，并数据展示与预警，对异常信息进行告警。Regarding the multiple fishing methods (pull seine, gillnet, and cage pot) utilized in the fisheries of Xiangshan County, the AIS signals from gillnets and cage pots have multiple possible variations, which poses certain risks to the equipment management and control of the Digital Fishing Port. Conduct unified monitoring and management of on-board AIS and other water-based mobile communication equipment, and identify and receive abnormal information data from AIS equipment. 2. Analyze target identity, operation characteristics, fishing gear displacement rules, and the number of prolonged signal transmissions through real-time background monitoring big data, establish target profiles, and intelligently identify suspicious equipment information. 3. Add early warning labels to data with more than 10 signal transmissions and abnormal fishing gear displacement, perform data display and early warning, and issue alerts for abnormal information.
