The public land reference framework allows a mapping of the built and unbuilt land of public owners.It is structured according to two different orientations:• a comprehensive census of State property, local authorities and public institutions;• a refocused census on the land of the State and national public institutions with a view to implementing the mobilisation of public land for housing

公共土地参考框架可实现公共产权主体名下已建成与未建成土地的测绘制图。该框架依据两类不同定位构建：其一为针对国有资产、地方当局及公共机构的全面普查；其二为聚焦国有土地与国家级公共机构用地的定向普查，旨在落实公共土地盘活以支撑住房建设。
