Targeting parking lot property owners, municipal parking operators, property management companies, and government regulatory platforms, the system aggregates data in real time, including vehicle type, entrance lane, parking space number, parking duration, charging rules and remarks from the vehicle parking records table, as well as total parking spots, address, operation status, parking facility type, management company, charging pile configuration and facility description from the basic parking lot information table. Integrating multi-source data such as license plate recognition video streams, barrier gate sensors, charging pile power curves, weather and holiday data, the system builds a digital twin parking facility updated at second-level intervals. Through the AI dynamic pricing engine, the system can automatically generate price adjustment recommendations of "peak-hour premium, off-peak discount and midnight price cap" based on real-time parking spot turnover rate, prices of surrounding competing parking services and user payment sensitivity. Based on the parking spot occupancy heatmap and vehicle navigation routes, the system generates a three-level guidance strategy of "entrance-area-berth" to reduce cruising time. Using indicators such as barrier gate lifting frequency, abnormal charging pile power and device offline duration, the system can push maintenance warnings 7 days in advance and generate spare parts lists. Combined with license plate, payment, membership tags and behavior trajectories, the system can generate refined user profiles such as high-value regular customers, new energy vehicle owners and short-term parkers, to drive differentiated membership benefits, monthly subscription packages and targeted advertisement pushes.
