该数据库来源于天辰公司在各项目中仪表专业设计过程中的设计经验数据及行业相关标准规范数据，为实现数据标准化管理与高效复用，首先对工艺数据，如介质温度、压力、流量，及仪表设计文件参数，如仪表型号、测量范围、精度等级，进行属性拆解与关联分析，制定工艺参数 - 仪表参数映射规则，如，明确当介质温度属于150到300℃、压力属于0.8到2.5MPa时，对应仪表测量范围需覆盖 温度0到400℃、压力0-4兆帕。所有项目数据以上述算法规则为例，根据仪表类型特点及选型规则，进行标准化处理与录入，形成结构化仪表设计数据集，目前已积累几十个项目的标准化数据；后续新增项目数据将持续依据该算法规则完成校验、补充，进一步完善数据集的一致性与实用性，其中算法规则的制定与应用过程体现了仪表设计领域的专业智力活动成果。

This database is derived from design experience data and relevant industry standard specification data accumulated during the instrumentation professional design process of various projects undertaken by Tianchen Company. To achieve standardized data management and efficient reuse, we first conducted attribute decomposition and correlation analysis on process data (including medium temperature, pressure, and flow rate) and instrumentation design document parameters (such as instrument model, measurement range, and accuracy grade), and established process parameter-instrument parameter mapping rules. For instance, it is specified that when the medium temperature falls within 150℃ to 300℃ and the pressure ranges from 0.8 MPa to 2.5 MPa, the corresponding instrument measurement range must cover 0℃ to 400℃ for temperature and 0 MPa to 4 MPa for pressure. All project data undergoes standardization processing and entry based on the aforementioned algorithmic rules, combined with the characteristics of different instrument types and selection criteria, forming a structured instrumentation design dataset. To date, standardized data from dozens of projects has been accumulated. For newly added subsequent project data, verification and supplementation will be continuously carried out in accordance with this algorithmic rule to further enhance the consistency and practicality of the dataset. The formulation and application of these algorithmic rules represent professional intellectual achievements in the field of instrumentation design.
