Table S1: Sample metadata. Columns indicate sample ID, participant, sampling date (D1 or D2), treatment, Miseq run number, and sampling body site (saliva or tongue) of each sample. The “treatment” column indicates, no tablet (E2), protease tablet (E3), or plain tablet (E4) treatments. The FASTQ files generated in this study have been deposited in the DDBJ Sequence Read Archive (DRA) under BioProject accession number PRJDB10269.
