Mouse Esophageal Cancer Treated with Dietary Metabolites

For the subcutaneous tumor model, 2x10^5 AKR cells were injected into the left flank of mice. Treatment began on day 6. Control IgG (cIgG) or anti-PD-1 antibody (aPD-1; BioXcell, BE0083, BE0146) was administered intraperitoneally at 10 mg/kg every 3 days (4 doses total). Paclitaxel (Corden Pharma Latina S.P.A.) was given at 10 mg/kg every 6 days (2 doses total, i.p.). SAC (HY-W013573) was dosed orally at 2 mg/kg twice daily. I3C (HY-N0170) was administered at 20 mg/kg once daily (i.p.). At the endpoint, tumors were excised and processed for single-cell RNA sequencing.
