The Data presented here is related to the Congaree River Substrate measurements and characterization of the floodplain deposit (grian size distribution and sedimentation rate). Riverbed layers were measured using Startabox and the floodplain depsoit are sampled by passive sampling method (installing tiles across the floodplain and recover them annually).
