CAP 2011 – Aid received by legal persons under the Common Agricultural Policy

Regulation (EC) No 259/2008 required Member States to publish the amounts of aid received by each beneficiary under the CAP. Following the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union delivered on 9 November 2010, the legal basis for the publication of beneficiaries of CAP payments was partially invalidated: it now concerns only legal persons. The data available through Etalab are therefore for each corporate form concerned, the amounts collected under the EAFRD on the one hand (excluding and included subsidised loans) and the EAGGF (direct and other payments) on the other hand.
