Survey of service quality September 2021 - Requests for certificates Civil Status

The dataset contains the details of the replies (*) to the questionnaire for detecting the satisfaction of users who use the online service for requesting extracts and full civil status documents, activated in December 2020 in compliance with the indications of the Digital Administration Code (Legislative Decree 82/2005, Article 7(3) - amended by Legislative Decree 179/16, Article 8(1)).

The questionnaire can be completed online by the user after applying for the certificate and allows them to express their satisfaction with the accessibility, simplicity and effectiveness of the service. The user accesses the questionnaire via a link received by email at the end of the request.

The results of the survey are published monthly on https://www.comune.milano.it/comune/amministrazione-transparente/servizi-distributi/servizi-in-rete.

本数据集包含针对2020年12月上线的户籍摘录及完整户籍证明在线申请服务的用户满意度调研问卷的回复详情，该服务依据《数字行政法典》（第82/2005号立法令第7条第3款，经第179/16号立法令第8条第1款修订）的相关要求启用。

用户在提交户籍证明申请后，可在线填写该问卷，用以反馈对该服务的易用性、便捷性与实效性的满意度。用户将在服务请求流程结束后，通过邮件接收的链接访问该问卷。

本调研结果每月发布于https://www.comune.milano.it/comune/amministrazione-transparente/servizi-distributi/servizi-in-rete。
