Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: PPRI Marne aval — Épernay sector — CCGVM — perimeter of the PPRi

This dataset contains the scope of exposure to flood risk of the public institution of intercommunal cooperation (EPCI) Communauté de Communes de la Grande Vallée de la Marne (CCGVM) which partly corresponds to the perimeter regulated by the PPRi prescribed by prefectoral decree of 12 October 2017. This partial perimeter on the CCGVM, will be public easement and will be included in easement PM1 upon approval.

Genealogy:
The perimeter of the prescribed PPRi is provided in the Prefect’s prescription order. The regulated scope corresponds to the geometric aggregation of all the restricted areas included in the same PPRi. The scope of the study corresponds to the envelope of the EPCI concerned in which the hazards were studied.

本数据集涵盖跨社区合作公共机构（établissement public de coopération intercommunale，简称EPCI）马恩河谷大社区共同体（Communauté de Communes de la Grande Vallée de la Marne，简称CCGVM）的洪水风险暴露范围，该范围部分对应2017年10月12日省长令所规定的防洪风险防治规划（Plan de Prévention des Risques d'Inondation，简称PPRi）划定的管控边界。CCGVM辖内的该部分边界将被设置为公共地役权，并在获批后纳入PM1地役权范围。

数据谱系：
经法定程序确定的PPRi管控边界载于省长签发的指令文书中。本次研究的管控范围为同一PPRi所包含的全部受限区域的几何聚合结果。本数据集的研究范围对应本次研究涉及的EPCI的全域管辖范围，该范围内已完成相关灾害研究。
