The effect on the transcriptome by inhibition of mitochondrial function by metformin in intestinal cells

We purified mouse duodenal cells from organoids derived from two different transgenic mouse lines (GIP-Cre tdRFP, SST-Cre tdRFP), and identified transcripts enriched in metformin-treated cells. Overall design: Comparative transcriptomic study of 4x cell populations by bulk RNAseq, with 3x biological replicates after vehicle control, and 3x biological replicates after 1mM metformin treatment.
