RNA-sequence data of hepatic stellate cells and liver sinusoidal endothelial cells from control and CCl4-treated mice

We utilized RNA-sequencing strategy to explore the characterstics of gene expression profile of LSECs during CCl4-fibrosis, and to compare the activation feature between fibrotic-LSECs and fibrotic-HSCs which are the most acknowledged gatekeepers holding the key to liver fibrogenesis. Overall design: mRNA profiles of quiescent(Q) or fibrotic(F) hepatic stellate cells(HSC) and liver sinusoidal endothelial cells(SEC) in control or CCl4-treated mice were generated by RNA sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina HiSeq 3000.
