Prostate MRI dataset

The images on ProstateX were acquired on two different types of Siemens 3T MR scanners, the MAGNETOM Trio and Skyra, including multi-parameter magnetic resonance images. The dataset in Promise12 originates from four different institutions, containing 50 cases of T2-weighted images. I2CVB has 19 cases and each case haves four ground truths: the entire prostate zone, central gland, peripheral zone, and tumor zone.
