The purpose of this dataset is to support clinical research, data collection, patient management and scientific advancement of fundus diseases. By integrating and analyzing patient information, it enables in-depth understanding of disease characteristics, pathogenesis and the evolution rules of disease course, so as to provide scientific evidence for clinical decision-making and treatment. This dataset only covers data from patients aged 14 years and above.
