该石墨板燃料电池工程样堆的性能和发电工况耐久性测试数据集包含石墨板发电电堆性能和耐久性测试数据两部分内容。耐久性测试数据包含电堆S1~S7和短堆D7的耐久性测试数据。S1~S6电堆的耐久性测试结合仿真模型,对电堆流场设计、电堆装配工艺以及启停频率、启停策略等条件进行不断迭代优化,最终实现了S7和D7较慢的衰减速率和长寿命。采集数据包括运行电流、运行时间、平均节电压,数据量大约为518175条。
This dataset pertains to performance and power generation operating durability tests for engineering prototype graphite plate fuel cell stacks, and consists of two components: performance test data of the graphite plate fuel cell power generation stacks, and durability test data. The durability test data includes results from tests on stacks S1 through S7 and short stack D7. During the durability tests of stacks S1 to S6, simulation models were utilized to iteratively optimize conditions such as stack flow field design, stack assembly process, startup/shutdown frequency, and startup/shutdown strategies. As a consequence, stacks S7 and D7 exhibited slower degradation rates and longer service lifetimes. The collected data covers operating current, operating duration, and average cell voltage, with a total of approximately 518,175 data entries.
