Provincial Entrepreneur Financial Verification Matrix: Six Current Canadian Pathways (2026)
收藏资源简介:
Replaced, 3 November 2026. Use the corrected version: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23925919. In this version the Prince Edward Island and Manitoba net-worth scope wording is incomplete and the New Brunswick guide link uses an older address. No amount changed in the correction. The files of this version stay as published. Correction notice, 3 November 2026. This is the first correction to this dataset. Version 1.2 replaces version 1.1 (10.5281/zenodo.22697619), whose files stay as published. What was wrong. Newfoundland and Labrador: the core file called the verifier checklist "current" and did not give its January 2019 date or its title for the NLPNP Business Immigration Stream. Manitoba: the core file said the family-asset scope was not expanded, while the Self-Assessment Form it now cites states that scope in one sentence. What changed in the core file. Newfoundland and Labrador: the source wording and source note give the checklist's date and title, the scope adds the Application Guide (December 2020) wording, the Application Guide is added to the sources, and the limit note says "this core" instead of "v1.0". Manitoba: the scope is replaced, the Self-Assessment Form is added to the sources, and the source note says so. Prince Edward Island: the Net Worth Verification Report and the guide's Appendix C net-worth narrative are added to the named objects, the guide is added to the sources, the source note gives the guide's two dates (cover February 2025, footer effective October 27, 2022), the limit note is reworded, and in the CSV the supporting-source cell no longer repeats the primary URL. British Columbia: the source note on 2026 invitation activity now says "separately checked". All rows: the field minimum_personal_net_worth_cad is renamed minimum_net_worth_or_asset_threshold_cad, because Newfoundland and Labrador's figure is an asset threshold. File level: the version, the professional_review wording, a new corrected_date field and a new corrections list. What changed in the investment supplement. British Columbia: phase_or_condition now states the timing in the Base program guide, within 610 days of arriving in B.C. on a BC PNP-supported work permit. File level: the version, the review_provenance wording, a new corrected_date field and a new corrections list. What changed in the deposit. The four data files have new names, because their old names carried old version numbers. A README is added. The list of official sources in the metadata now names all 18 sources used in the rows. What did not change. Every net worth, asset and investment amount and percentage; every verification-provider, verification-trigger and process-state value; every Alberta and New Brunswick value; and the original checked_date values. No row was added or removed. Limits of this correction. It is not a full re-check of the six pathways. Only the sources behind the corrected wording were re-read on 3 November 2026: the Newfoundland and Labrador overview, eligibility page, checklist and Application Guide; the Manitoba apply page and Self-Assessment Form; the Prince Edward Island guide; and the British Columbia Base program guide. New Brunswick's official site showed a security check that day, so its rows and its guide link were not re-read and are left as published. Official-source comparative dataset covering net worth or asset thresholds, minimum business-investment rules and program phase, third-party financial verification, source or accumulation-of-funds language, and named financial forms or reports across six current Canadian provincial entrepreneur immigration pathways. Professional review attribution: Usman Khalil, RCIC R709592 and CPA Ontario C83028834, for the v1.0 core as archived in version 1.1. No separate reviewer sign-off is claimed for the September 9, 2026 investment normalization or for the 3 November 2026 corrections. The dataset preserves program-specific terminology and does not predict selection, nomination, work-permit, permanent-residence or other case outcomes.
