In this report of the Federal Environment Agency, calculations of noise emissions are compared with national and international methods. Eleven audit bodies took part in the comparison calculation. Both road traffic noise and the noise emanating from an interior of a building were considered. Immission measurements were also carried out. The interlaboratory test shows that test routines in emission modelling and precise instructions for the determination of sound emission are required. For environmental noise mapping, changes to the calculation settings currently set out in the rules are proposed. With regard to the measured emissions, it was shown that the Austrian calculation methods are equivalent to the interim methods of the EU.本报告为德国联邦环境署（Federal Environment Agency）的调研成果，文中将噪声排放计算方案与国内外同类方法进行对比。共有11家审核机构参与本次对比计算工作，覆盖道路交通噪声与建筑内部产生噪声两类场景，同时开展了受声点噪声实测工作。本次室间比对试验结果表明，当前亟需完善噪声排放建模的测试流程，并制定精准的噪声排放测定规范。针对环境噪声制图工作，报告提出了对现行规范中既定计算参数设置的修订建议。针对实测所得噪声排放数据，研究结果证实奥地利现行噪声计算方法与欧盟临时标准方法具有等效性。
