The community and functional activity of alkaline phosphomonoesterase-harbouring bacterial in soil are regulated by fertilization regimes and crop type

Our aim is to (1) explore the response of phoD-harbouring bacterial communities and functional activity (ALP activity) to long-term different fertilization strategies and crop type; (2) determine the driving factors of bacterial community and functional activity containing phoD gene in soil.
