Cxxc finger protein 1 maintains homeostasis and function of intestinal group 3 innate lymphoid cells with aging (Cxxc1-deficient mice)

To investigate the role of Cxxc1 in the regulation of ILC3 development and function, we used Cxxc1flox/floxRorccre mice and carried out single-cell RNA sequencing (BD Rhapsody) on small intestinal ILC3s. ILC3s from 6-8 weeks-old Cxxc1flox/floxRorccre mice are isolated from the small intestine and analyzed by single-cell RNA sequencing technology (BD Rhapsody).为探究Cxxc1在固有淋巴细胞3（ILC3）发育与功能调控中的作用，本研究采用Cxxc1flox/floxRorccre小鼠，对小肠固有淋巴细胞3开展单细胞RNA测序（BD Rhapsody）。本研究从6至8周龄的Cxxc1flox/floxRorccre小鼠小肠中分离固有淋巴细胞3，并采用单细胞RNA测序技术（BD Rhapsody）完成分析。
