统计分析每个月各个餐饮店进货奶制品的金额等数据,对餐饮店进行分类级别,为所有企业针对全国各进货者对不同产品的喜好有针对性的制定提供数据支持。1、数据采集:采集当月各个餐饮店进货奶制品的金额等数据。2、数据加工:当月进货总金额为各个餐饮店进货的金额之和,各个餐饮店的进货占比=当月该餐饮店进货的金额/当月进货总金额*100%。3、数据应用:对不同的餐饮店分类运用ABC分类法,对占比3.5%及以上的,给予“A类餐饮店”分类;占比1.5%到3.5%区间的,则给予“B类餐饮店”分类;占比在1.5%及以下的,则给予“C类餐饮店”分类,例如可加大采购“A类餐饮店”进货的产品量,保持采购“B类餐饮店”进货的产品量,减少采购“C类餐饮店”进货的产品量。

Data Processing: The total monthly purchase amount is calculated as the sum of the purchase amounts of all catering businesses. The purchase proportion of each catering business is computed as (the purchase amount of the catering business in the current month / total monthly purchase amount) * 100%. 3. Data Application: Classify different catering businesses using the ABC classification method. Catering businesses with a purchase proportion of 3.5% or higher are classified as "Category A catering businesses"; those with a proportion between 1.5% and 3.5% are classified as "Category B catering businesses"; and those with a proportion of 1.5% or lower are classified as "Category C catering businesses". For example, enterprises can increase the procurement volume of products purchased by Category A catering businesses, maintain the procurement volume of products purchased by Category B catering businesses, and reduce the procurement volume of products purchased by Category C catering businesses.
