Carbon base®

**Version**: carbon base® V23.0 **See** follow-up of changes made by V23.0 The Carbone® Base is a public database of emission factors, necessary for the completion of a greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions balance and more generally any carbon accounting exercise. It is the reference database of Article 75 of the Grenelle II Act, concerning the obligation to carry out a GHG balance sheet for companies with more than 500 employees, public establishments with more than 250 employees and communities with more than 50000 inhabitants.
