Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Area of application of the regulations governing the use of fire in Hérault

This zoning corresponds to areas exposed to forest fires (wood, forests, heaths, scrubs, scrubs, plantations...) and the associated 200-metre band. The regulations of the Forest Code on the use of fire apply throughout this zone. As a reminder, Article 131-1 of the Forest Code states that ‘any person other than the owner of land, whether or not wooded or not, or other than the occupants of such land by the owner of the land, shall be prohibited from carrying or burning fire on such land and up to a distance of 200 metres from the woods and forests and similar land subject to the provisions of Article L. 131-4’.
