Adult beneficiaries with long-term financial assistance during the year divided by the number of adult beneficiaries during the year. Long-term assistance refers to persons who have received financial assistance granted in the municipality in question for at least 10-12 months during the year. Revised methodology for the development of Adult Beneficiaries with long-term financial assistance from 2021, but data have been revised from 2017. The new method now identifies persons with 10 or more months of financial assistance during the year regardless of the municipality in which the person is registered. In order to determine to which municipality the person should belong, the last registered municipality is chosen during the year. In the previous method, an underestimation has probably occurred since people may have lived in different municipalities during the year and thus have not come up for 10 months in a municipality.
