Map visualisation service (WMS) of the dataset: Intercommunality: Areas of competence in Sanitation

An EPCI of any form may have Sanitation powers assigned by its statutes (Article L5211-5 of the CGCT). That competence may include: waste water collection, AND/OR wastewater treatment. A municipality adhering to an EPCI may choose to: — delegate this competence to it — delegate it to another public institution or other body — retain that competence. It thus forms “areas of competence” different from the administrative perimeters of the EPCI. This layer groups together the “Sanitation Competency Areas” thus defined on a department at a given date.

任何形式的跨市镇合作公共机构（EPCI）均可依据其章程获得卫生职权（《CGCT》第L5211-5条）。该职权范围可涵盖：污水收集以及/或者污水处理。隶属于EPCI的市镇可自主选择以下三种方式之一：将该项卫生职权委托给EPCI、委托给其他公共机构或团体，或是保留自身该项职权。由此将形成与EPCI行政边界相异的"职权范围区域"。本数据层将整合特定日期下，单个省级行政区域内据此划定的"卫生职权范围区域"。
