本数据集依托国家重点研发计划项目“晶圆级芯片系统级开发环境设计与验证研究”,课题三“晶圆级芯片模型抽象与构建技术”,记录了晶圆级芯片算核库研发过程中的完整数据,涵盖算核仿真规模、计算算核、存储算核、网络算核的测试样例、运行脚本及仿真过程记录文件。数据集严格依据国家或行业标准,通过多次会议讨论和专家评审,完成了项目核心指标的功能性与兼容性验证:支持不少于100个算核、兼容 X86/GPU/ 类 SW64 等 3 种以上指令集、支持共享式 / 消息传递式 2 种以上存储访问方式、兼容 Mesh / 环型 / 树型 / 非标准 4 种以上网络拓扑结构。数据采集采用标准化操作规程,保留了原始运行数据、统计指标及日志文件,通过 Linux 系统工具解析与可视化处理确保数据可追溯性与可读性。本数据集为晶圆级芯片算核库的性能优化、算法验证及硬件兼容性测试提供了标准化、可复现的数据支撑,推动新一代集成电路芯片的研发与应用。
This dataset is developed based on the National Key R&D Program of China project "Design and Verification Research on Wafer-level Chip System-level Development Environment" and Task 3 "Wafer-level Chip Model Abstraction and Construction Technology". It records complete data generated during the R&D process of the wafer-level chip computing core library, covering test cases, running scripts, and simulation process record files for computing core simulation scale, computing cores, memory cores, and network cores. The dataset strictly complies with national and industry standards, and has completed the functional and compatibility verification of the project's core indicators through multiple discussions and expert reviews: it supports no fewer than 100 computing cores, is compatible with at least three instruction sets including X86, GPU, and SW64-like, supports at least two memory access modes including shared and message-passing, and is compatible with at least four network topologies including Mesh, ring, tree, and non-standard ones. Data collection follows standardized operating procedures, retains original operating data, statistical indicators and log files, and ensures data traceability and readability through Linux system tools for parsing and visualization processing. This dataset provides standardized and reproducible data support for performance optimization, algorithm verification and hardware compatibility testing of the wafer-level chip computing core library, and promotes the R&D and application of a new generation of integrated circuit chips.
