Transcriptome analysis of aortas from aged WT and Sirt2KO mice

We analyzed the transcriptome of aortas from aged WT and Sirt2KO mice by bulk RNA-seq. Three mice were included in each group.本研究通过批量RNA测序（bulk RNA-seq）技术，分析了衰老野生型（Wild Type，WT）与Sirt2敲除（Sirt2KO）小鼠的主动脉转录组，每组均包含3只小鼠。
