The micro high-precision pressure sensor is designed for real-time pressure detection of hydraulic oil in hydraulic systems. This dataset contains test data of pressure transmitters tested by the Shaanxi Institute of Metrology Science. The measurement range is 0~5 MPa, and the measured parameters include indication error, hysteresis, static pressure error, insulation resistance, dielectric strength, and verification conclusion. The test result reaches 0.1% FS, meeting the specified index requirements. The total data volume is 11 KB.
