Linkage table for former EPCI taxation specific to current EPCIs (Public institutions of inter-municipal cooperation)

Non-exhaustive list of former own taxation EPCIs and current own taxation EPCIs (as of 1 January 2022), linking a missing own taxation EPCI to an existing EPCI. The connecting principle is as follows: the missing EPCI is attached to the current EPCI including the most populated commune of the disappeared EPCI.
5 fields: “siren_epci”: EPCI SIREN number; “libelle”: Name of the EPCI; “date_beginning”: start date of validity of the EPCI (date of effect of its creation); “end_date”: end date of validity of the EPCI (date of closure of the establishment); ‘siren_en_course’: SIREN number of the current EPCI to which the EPCI is attached (same value as siren_epci for a current EPCI)

本数据集为截至2022年1月1日的存续与已撤销自主征税型跨社区公共合作机构（Etablissement Public de Coopération Intercommunale, EPCI）非完整清单，用于将已撤销的自主征税型EPCI关联至现存EPCI。
关联规则如下：已撤销的EPCI将被关联至包含其原辖区内人口最多的市镇的现存EPCI。
本数据集共包含5个字段：
1. "siren_epci"：EPCI的SIREN编号（SIREN，法国行政与企业统一识别编码）；
2. "libelle"：EPCI名称；
3. "date_beginning"：EPCI的生效起始日期（即其设立生效日期）；
4. "end_date"：EPCI的生效终止日期（即机构撤销日期）；
5. "siren_en_course"：当前关联EPCI的SIREN编号（对于现存EPCI而言，该字段值与"siren_epci"一致）。
