Business continuity plan refers to a plan for managing business-critical service disruptions (Systematic work with the protection of essential activities supporting risk management, business continuity management and managing events MSB932). In order to answer yes, a business continuity plan decided in writing and at management level for the Home Service, service and/or personal care in ordinary housing that the Social Services conducts or is responsible for for particularly vulnerable groups must exist. To be up-to-date, follow-up must have been done within the Senate 12 months.
