通过采集、分析桐乡市化学纤维行业中部分企业的知识产权数据总量和各类知识产权的占比，同时结合企业的规模大小类型，计算得到针对不同大小类型化学纤维企业申请各类知识产权的数量、比例范围，以帮助桐乡市内的化学纤维企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导。桐乡市化学纤维企业知识产权数据的算法规则包括以下几个方面：1. 数据采集：查找桐乡市范围内的化学纤维企业，通过国家知识产权局和第三方知识产权检索网站，对企业的商标数量、发明专利数量、实用新型专利数量、外观专利数量和著作权数量进行采集。2.数据处理：计算得到各企业的知识产权总数X，商标数量/知识产权总数X=商标数量占比，发明专利数量/知识产权总数X=发明专利数量占比，实用新型专利数量/知识产权总数X=实用新型专利数量占比，外观专利数量/知识产权总数X=外观专利数量占比，著作权数量/知识产权总数X=著作权数量占比。3.经过统计、筛选得到化学纤维企业中，商标数量、发明专利数量、实用新型专利数量、外观专利数量和著作权数量的合理比例范围。4.数据应用：根据各类知识产权的数量以及比例范围，为不同规模的化学纤维企业知识产权管理提出合理建议，为化学纤维企业的知识产权保护提供支持和保障。
By collecting and analyzing the total amount of intellectual property (IP) data and the proportion of each category of IP for some enterprises in the chemical fiber industry of Tongxiang City, and combining with the firm size categories, this dataset calculates the quantity and proportional range of IP applications for chemical fiber enterprises of different size categories, so as to assist chemical fiber enterprises in Tongxiang City with IP strategy formulation and application guidance. The algorithm rules for the IP data of chemical fiber enterprises in Tongxiang City are as follows: 1. Data Collection: Identify chemical fiber enterprises within the jurisdiction of Tongxiang City, and collect the number of trademarks, invention patents, utility model patents, design patents and copyrights of these enterprises via the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and third-party IP retrieval websites. 2. Data Processing: Calculate the total number of IPs X for each enterprise, then calculate the proportion of trademarks (trademark count / X), invention patents (invention patent count / X), utility model patents (utility model patent count / X), design patents (design patent count / X) and copyrights (copyright count / X) respectively. 3. Statistical Screening: Obtain the reasonable proportional ranges of the quantities of trademarks, invention patents, utility model patents, design patents and copyrights among chemical fiber enterprises through statistics and screening. 4. Data Application: Based on the quantity and proportional ranges of each category of IPs, put forward reasonable suggestions for IP management of chemical fiber enterprises of different sizes, and provide support and guarantee for IP protection of such enterprises.
