RESILIAGE – Policy repository on heritage, disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation: coded metadata of 984 policy documents (global, European and national, 2026)
收藏资源简介:
This dataset is the coded database behind the RESILIAGE policy recommendations. It describes 984 policy documents on disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation and cultural and natural heritage, from international organisations, the European Union, national governments and local authorities, so that policymakers, practitioners and researchers can find and compare the policies relevant to heritage-based community resilience. This dataset was produced within RESILIAGE – Advancing holistic understanding of community RESILIence and heritAGE drivers through community-based methodologies, a Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Action (grant agreement 101121231, topic HORIZON-CL3-2022-DRS-01-04, September 2023 – August 2026) coordinated by Politecnico di Torino. It belongs to the Global database (Task 6.2) in Work Package 6 and is documented in deliverable D6.2 – Policy recommendations. Politecnico di Torino collected the documents and coded each one against a common template. For each document the table gives the title, issuing authority, geographical level (global, European and 94 countries, with a focus on the CORE Lab countries), hazards addressed, intended audience, a 100–130 word summary, the resilience (SYRI) dimensions and thematic tags, document type, language, publication date, a link to the source and automatically extracted key terms. The archive contains the table as a UTF-8 CSV and as XLSX, and a README with the data dictionary and value lists. Four internal processing fields of the working database were removed; the content is otherwise unchanged. Annex 1 of deliverable D6.2 is included as a separate PDF (6 pages): the overview of the Comparative Policy Survey criteria and input methods, that is, the coding template that gives each field's definition, allowed values and filling rules. The documents themselves are not redistributed: they belong to their publishers and are reached through the source links (available for 965 of 984 documents). Some values are not harmonised, for example dates in several formats. The dataset contains no personal data. All RESILIAGE outputs are collected in the RESILIAGE Zenodo community and are accessible through the Resource Ecosystem for Community Resilience (RECORE), https://resiliage-ecosystem.eu.
