WFD evaluation Baltic Sea DE Grid

Overall and individual assessment of the Baltic Sea coastal waters of Germany in accordance with the Water Framework Directive. Quality components phytoplankton (QE1_1), large algae and angiosperms (QE1_2) and macroinvertebrates (QE1_3) as well as the overall ecological and chemical status of coastal waters up to the territorial limit on the 10x10 km grid of the European Environment Agency are presented. > 50 % approach: Grid cells that contain, in whole or in part, marine waters are given the value taken by more than 50 % of the corresponding marine area of the attribute to be assessed.
