Spatial Distribution of Cadastral Building Typologies in Andalusia

The 250mx250m grid of building typologies prepared by the Andalusian Institute of Statistics and Cartography, from the information contained in the files of the General Directorate of Cadastre, provides detailed and updated information on the surface area of built space in Andalusia, regardless of the administrative divisions. It is a regular grid of 250m x 250m cells in which the information corresponding to the built surface area by typology in urban land from the files of the General Directorate of Cadastre for the year 2017 has been aggregated. The grid contains 17 typologies: 011 Collective dwellings. Urban (250mx250m) 012 Single-family dwellings. Urban (250mx250m) 013 Rural building (250mx250m) 013 Residential garages (250mx250m) 022 Other garages and car parks (250mx250m) 02 Industrial (250mx250m) 03 Offices (250mx250m) 04 Retail (250mx250m) 05 Sports (250mx250m) 05P Swimming pools (250mx250m) 06 Entertainment (250mx250m) 07 Hospitality and Leisure (250mx250m) 08 Health, welfare and charitable (250mx250m) 09 Cultural (250mx250m) 093 Religious (250mx250m) 10 Singular (250mx250m) 1034 Golf courses (250mx250m) For each category, information is obtained on the built surface area, as well as the percentage that the typology represents of the total built surface area.
