National list of technicians and experts of virgin and extra virgin olive oils pursuant to Article 3 of Law No 313/98 of Ministerial Decree No 1334 of 28 February 2012

The list of technicians and expert tasters of extra virgin olive oils, established pursuant to Article 3 of Law 313/98, is kept at national level and articulated on a regional basis. Registration can be requested from the Chamber of Commerce competent for the territory following physiological suitability for tasting obtained at the end of a course for tasters, organised by bodies/organisms with regional authorisation, and after having participated in at least 20 tasting sessions in the three years preceding the submission of the application. Having verified the completeness of the application, the CCIAA proposes the names to the Region, which will be included in the regional list and I inform the Ministry.
