Gross cost – internal income + cost of school transport – sale of activities to other municipalities for upper secondary school divided by number of pupils registered in the municipality enrolled in upper secondary school, during the calendar year. It refers to all directing. The measure is included in the municipality’s quality in brief (KKiK).
