二嗪磷具有一定的杀螨、杀线虫活性。广泛用于水稻、玉米、甘蔗、烟草、果树、蔬菜、牧草、花卉、森林和温室,用来防治多种刺激吸性和食叶性害虫。也用于土壤,防治地下害虫和线虫,还可用于防治家畜体外寄生虫和蝇类、蟑螂等家庭害虫。数据采集,随机抽取每个菜棚黄瓜成品,对该成品进行二嗪磷残留量检测。数据判定:若二嗪磷实测值不大于0.1mg/kg,则该成品合格x(=c*v/m)*d,公式中,x为样品中二嗪磷总含量(mg/kg),v为试样提取液浓缩定容体积(mL);m为试样质量(g);d为稀释倍数;c为曲线值 (μg/mL)。
Diazinon possesses certain acaricidal and nematicidal activities. It is widely applied to rice, maize, sugarcane, tobacco, fruit trees, vegetables, forages, flowers, forests and greenhouses to control various piercing-sucking and foliage-feeding insect pests. It is also used in soil to manage soil-dwelling insect pests and nematodes, as well as to control ectoparasites on livestock, flies, cockroaches and other household pests. Data collection: Harvested cucumber products are randomly sampled from each vegetable greenhouse, and diazinon residue detection is conducted on these samples. Data determination: A cucumber product is considered qualified if the measured diazinon content is no greater than 0.1 mg/kg. The calculation formula is x = (c * v / m) * d. In this formula, x represents the total diazinon content in the sample (mg/kg); v is the final volume (mL) of the concentrated test sample extract after volume fixation; m is the mass (g) of the test sample; d is the dilution factor; and c is the concentration value derived from the calibration curve (μg/mL).
